Product Introduction
The sleeve compensator, also known as the tubular expansion joint, is a compensation
device for hot fluid pipelines, mainly used to absorb the axial
thermal expansion displacement of the pipeline due to temperature
changes. It is widely used in the transmission pipelines of urban
heating, metallurgy, mining, power generation, petrochemical,
construction and other industries.
Product structure composition
The sleeve compensator is mainly composed of a sleeve (core tube), a shell, and a sealing
material. The inner sleeve is connected with the pipeline, and
adopts the principle of high-performance self-pressure dynamic
sealing, which slides freely in the shell with the expansion and
contraction of the pipeline, and adapts to the sealing requirements
of various pipelines. The new synthetic material is used to seal
between the shell and the inner sleeve, which is resistant to high
temperature, corrosion and aging, and the applicable temperature
range is -40°C to 150°C, and in special cases it can reach 350°C.
How the product works
The sleeve compensator compensates for thermal expansion by sliding the slip motion of
the sleeve on the outer sleeve. It is suitable for hot water,
steam, grease media, can compensate for the axial expansion and
contraction of the pipeline and the axial rotation of any angle,
with the characteristics of small volume and large amount of
compensation.
