Storage and installation of flange adapters

Storage and installation: The flange adapter should be protected from crushing and collision when storing, and a dry and ventilated environment should be kept away from moisture and corrosive substances. During installation, ensure that the installation position is correct, and tighten the bolts in accordance with the specified torque to avoid over-tightening or over-loosening resulting in poor sealing or damage.

Routine maintenance of flange adapters

1. Waterproof and moisture-proof: Try to avoid long-term exposure to humid environment, especially around the cast iron flange, do not place humidifiers or dry wet clothes, and prevent direct sunlight outside the window.
2. Regular inspection: Regularly check the sealing and connection status of the flange, if leakage or loosening is found, it should be dealt with in time.
3. Cleaning and maintenance: Wipe the surface of the flange regularly with a clean soft cloth or cotton cloth to remove dirt and dust. For carbon steel flanges, you can regularly wipe the surface with a small amount of anti-rust oil or sewing machine oil to keep it as bright as new.
