1. Diverse materials: The ball of the double sphere rubber joint is composed of the inner rubber layer, the reinforcing layer (multi-layer squeegee nylon cord fabric) and the outer rubber layer, and different rubber materials can be selected according to different media, such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, neoprene, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, etc., which have the functions of heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, etc.

Low temperature resistance: Low temperature resistant fluoroelastomer and silicone rubber joints have high temperature resistance, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, aging resistance and other properties, especially silicone rubber joints, whose working temperature can reach -100 °C, which is achieved by introducing methylphenyl siloxy links or diphenylsiloxy links into the molecular chain of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, thereby greatly reducing the crystallization temperature of the polymer and expanding the use temperature range.
