How to install a double ball rubber joint
1. It is strictly forbidden to over-displacement installation: When installing double ball rubber joints, the specified

function and safety of the joint.
2. Symmetrical installation bolts: When installing bolts, you should ensure the alignment of the
bolts and flange holes, and then gradually pressurize and tighten
the bolts to prevent local leakage. Symmetrical mounting bolts
ensure uniform stress on the joint and avoid local pressure
concentrations.
3. Use elastic pressure pads: For applications with working pressure of more than 1.6MPa,
elastic pressure pads should be used on the bolts to prevent the
bolts from loosening during work. Elastomeric pressure pads provide
additional tightening force to ensure the sealing performance of
the joint.
