Double ball rubber soft joint, also known as flexible rubber joint, is a kind of soft connection
made of rubber material and steel wire rope reinforcement layer.
The joint can be used to connect pipes of the same or different
materials, with good elasticity, damping and shock absorption,
vibration isolation and sound absorption effects, and can
effectively deal with the stress caused by temperature, vibration,
deformation and other factors in the pipeline.
Why do double ball rubber joints have good corrosion resistance?
Double ball rubber joints are mainly composed of two parts: the inner rubber layer and the
outer layer of adhesive material. The inner rubber is made of
corrosion-resistant synthetic polymer materials, which has good
high and low temperature resistance and aging resistance, and can
withstand most acid and alkali corrosion as well as corrosion of
various organic solvents and oils. This material exhibits good
resistance in specific media and is therefore often used in
corrosion-resistant systems. The outer rubber has good weather
resistance and aging resistance, and can be used in different
temperatures and environments to ensure the appropriate life of
rubber joints.
In addition,the middle layer of the double-ball rubber joint is welded by nylon
cord fabric and steel wire, which has good strength, which ensures
that the rubber joint will not be stretched and torn during use,
and can be restored to its original state after compression and
deformation. This structure not only enhances the toughness of the
joint, but also improves its pressure resistance and corrosion
resistance.
