The PTFE lined rubber joint is based on the original conventional rubber joint, with a PTFE coating lining added inside, which can effectively protect the rubber joint from corrosion and medium erosion.
For example, strong acid, strong alkali or high temperature oil, the PTFE coating can effectively adhere to the inner wall of the pipeline, preventing medium erosion or separation caused by pipeline stretching and contraction, so that the original mechanical and physical properties of the flexible rubber joint are not affected, and it can still compensate for pipeline vibration, absorb pipeline displacement, and reduce pipeline noise.
Application of PTFE Lined Rubber Expansion Joints:
