The production process of food-grade rubber joints

Installation steps for food-grade rubber joints

1. Dock the pipes that need to be connected together to ensure that the butt of the pipeline is flat and smooth, free of impurities and burrs.

2. Install the flange at the pipe butt to ensure that the flange and the pipe fit tightly and there is no gap. Make sure that the bolt holes of the flange are aligned to facilitate subsequent installation.

3. Place the rubber soft joint between the flanges to ensure that the inner rubber layer of the joint is tightly fit with the pipe and there is no gap. Make sure that the axial displacement of the joint does not exceed its allowable range.

4. Use bolts to fasten the flange and rubber soft joint together. In the fastening process, the method of symmetrical step-by-step pressurization should be adopted to ensure that the tightening torque of the bolt is evenly distributed.
