Product Introduction
The metal hard seal butterfly valve is an eccentric metal seal
structure, and the sealing form can be divided into: metal to metal
seal, replaceable metal seal to metal seal, stainless steel plate
and graphite composite plate seal to metal seal.
Features
1. Excellent sealing performance: Adopting three eccentric sealing structure, the valve seat and
butterfly plate are almost wear-free, and it has the sealing
function of tightening the closer and tighter.The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual
advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal, and has excellent
sealing performance regardless of low temperature and high
temperature.
2. Wear resistance: The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of surfacing
cobalt-based cemented carbide, which is wear-resistant and has a
long service life.
3. Wide range of application: Suitable for two-way media flow, it is not limited by the flow
direction of the medium during installation, nor is it affected by
the spatial location, and can be installed in any direction. The
large-size butterfly plate adopts a truss structure, which has high
strength, large overflow area and small flow resistance.
Product Applications
1. Water supply and drainage of water plants, power plants, steel
mills, papermaking, chemical industry, catering and other systems: Used to realize the on-off and flow control of pipeline systems.
2. Pipelines of corrosive media such as electric power, petroleum,
chemical industry, air, gas, combustible gas, water supply and
drainage: As a device for regulating flow and cutting off fluid, it is
widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical
industry and other fields.
