Product Introduction
The FCH Patcher is a pipe connection patcher with an advanced toothed retaining
ring (strip) design that provides axial tension resistance to the
pipe. This design allows FCH patchers to replace a variety of
connection methods such as flanges, welding, threaded connections,
slay-plug connections and grooved joints. The FCH patcher ensures
that fluids, gases and solids do not leak by moving fluids, gases
and solids under pressure in the equilibrium pipe, so that the
sealing lip is stressed as the pressure increases. In addition, the
sealing ring retains a good elastic state with low external
extrusion force, which prolongs the service life.

Product installation and maintenance
The installation of the FCH patcher is relatively simple, and the pipe interface connected to the
ferrule joint needs to be cleaned inside and out, and the pipe
mouth is polished and smoothed to ensure that there are no burrs
and uneven surfaces. There should be no bending at the embedded
part of the tube and tube fitting to avoid leakage. During
installation, it is necessary to tighten the ferrule step by step
and avoid excessive force to ensure the sealing effect.
